Single Magnetic Frag Rock – Artificial Frag Mount for Aquarium & Reef Tanks

Dimensions: 3.5″ x 2.5″ x 2″
Material: Reef-Safe Urethane Resin

This single magnetic frag rock provides a natural-looking mounting surface for coral frags while allowing placement on aquarium glass. Its compact size makes it easy to position frags exactly where needed without disrupting the overall aquascape.

Embedded fully sealed neodymium magnets allow the frag rock to be securely held in place on aquarium walls and can be completely submerged. The magnet strength is fixed and cannot be adjusted.

The textured rock surface supports coral attachment and encourages natural encrusting over time, helping frags blend naturally into the surrounding reef structure.

Founded in 2001, our brand is dedicated to creating durable, reef-safe aquarium decor designed for long-term use.

Safety Notice:
Not intended for children 14 years and under due to small magnets.

Care Instructions:
Rinse with fresh water before use. Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals.
The post 1 Hole Magnetic Frag Rock – Artificial Frag Mount for Aquarium & Reef Tanks first appeared on Ocean Aquaria.

Scientific Name: Macrocystis pyrifera

Number of Blades/Leaves: N/A

Blade/Leaf Width: N/A

Distribution: Macrocystis pyrifera is common along the coast of the eastern Pacific Ocean, from Baja California north to southeast Alaska, and is also found in the southern oceans near South America, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.

Description: Macrocystis pyrifera, commonly known as giant kelp or giant bladder kelp is the largest of all algae. The stage of the life cycle that is usually seen is the sporophyte, which is perennial and individuals persist for many years. Individuals may grow in excess of 50m (160ft) long. The kelp often grows even longer than the distance from the bottom to the surface as it will grow in a diagonal direction due to the ocean current pushing against the kelp. The stalks arise from a holdfast and branch three or four times from near the base. Blades develop at irregular intervals along the stipe, with a single pneumatocyst (gas bladder) at the base of each blade.

*Price includes terminal blade and rock anchor.
The post Giant Kelp first appeared on Ocean Aquaria.

Sargassum is a type of brown algae naturally found in the temperate and tropical oceans of the world. It typically grows in shallow waters and around coral reefs, but it’s also known for forming massive floating rafts that can stretch for miles across the open sea.

These floating habitats play a vital role in marine ecosystems by providing food, shelter, and breeding grounds for a wide variety of sea life, including fish, sea turtles, crabs, shrimp, and seabirds.

Our artificial Sargassum is carefully designed to replicate the natural look and function of real brown algae, making it perfect for use in aquariums, exhibitions, or creative underwater installations, whether for aesthetic or practical purposes.

Please note: The numbers shown under “Size” (8, 12, 16, or 24) refer to the total number of individual fronds combined to create one complete piece of artificial Sargassum.

What & Why

This low-profile single-hole sandbed frag rack is ideal for showcasing an individual coral or giving a prized frag its own dedicated space. It keeps the frag upright and slightly elevated off the sandbed to promote better flow around the base and reduce detritus buildup. • Holds 1 standard 1/2″ frag plug
• Designed for stable sandbed placement

Reef-Safe & Coral-Ready

Made in the USA using reef-safe urethane resin infused with calcium carbonate. Designed specifically for saltwater aquariums. Contains no magnets, suction cups, or metal components — just a solid, stable frag platform safe for long-term reef use.

Established in 2001, we’ve been creating realistic artificial reef structures built specifically for aquariums, with livestock safety and natural appearance as our priority.

Available in multiple color options to match your aquascape. Custom requests are always welcome.

Care Note: Rinse before first use. To clean, soak in warm water and gently scrub if needed.
Material: Reef-Safe Urethane Resin Infused with Calcium Carbonate with Clear Acrylic Support Rod

A two-piece floating island frag system designed to create the illusion of a natural reef structure suspended above the sandbed.

What & Why

This 7-hole floating island frag rock is built to add vertical dimension and visual impact to your reef aquarium. The upper frag platform is elevated above the base using a crystal-clear acrylic rod, creating a dramatic “hovering island” effect while maintaining strong stability and natural appearance.

The elevated design improves light exposure and water flow around your coral frags while providing shaded space beneath for fish and invertebrates. It functions as both a frag rack and a statement centerpiece within your aquascape.

Size & Capacity

• Base Rock Dimensions: 6.5″ × 5″ × 2″

Reef-Safe & Coral-Ready

Made in the USA using reef-safe urethane resin infused with calcium carbonate. Designed specifically for saltwater aquariums. The acrylic support rod is fully reef-safe and provides strong structural stability without distracting from the natural look.

Established in 2001, we’ve been creating realistic artificial reef structures specifically for aquariums, prioritizing livestock safety and authentic reef aesthetics.

Available in Coralline Purple, Black, Tan, or custom color options to match your aquascape.

Care Note: Rinse before first use. To clean, soak in warm water and gently scrub if needed. Do not use bleach.
The post SANDBED Lg.
